A hand delivered collection letter will be delivered to the service address 10 days after the due date, if the balance remains past due or arrangements have not been made.
- Once a collection letter is delivered, your payment options are reduced to cash, debit or credit card payments only
- Collection letters are not payable at financial institutions
- Possible disconnection of services may occur if the collection letter is ignored or arrangements are not made
